The judge deemed the testimony potentially biased and irrelevant to the case`s core issues. Despite this, Google maintained that it faces competition, citing recent client losses to Microsoft and highlighting partnerships with companies like X (formerly Twitter) and Roku. The judge, however, disallowed some of this evidence due to Google`s failure to disclose it earlier. The case continues, with Google expected to present further defense in the following week.
