Eduardo Saverin`s family, known for his co-founding of Facebook, has donated $15.5 million to the Singapore American School, marking the largest donation in the school`s history. The funds will be used to enhance facilities like play spaces and STEM labs, support a Chinese immersion program, and further strategic initiatives. Elaine Saverin, Eduardo`s wife, expressed the family`s hope that the donation will benefit current and future students. Eduardo Saverin, residing in Singapore since 2009, holds a significant portion of his wealth in Meta Platforms Inc., formerly known as Facebook. The Singapore American School, established in 1956, caters to around 4,000 students and is recognized for its comprehensive campus.
