The FAA has allowed SpaceX to resume Falcon 9 launches despite an ongoing investigation into a recent landing mishap. This decision comes after SpaceX requested permission to return to flight operations. The recent incident, which marked the second grounding of the Falcon 9 this year, occurred when the rocket`s booster failed to land on a sea platform after a successful satellite deployment. Despite the grounding, SpaceX has been authorized to proceed with launches if they fulfill all licensing requirements. This includes a planned mission with NASA in late September. SpaceX has not disclosed the cause of the landing failure, which led to the postponement of another Starlink mission.
