South Korean AI Chip Makers Rebellions and Sapeon to Merge

Two South Korean artificial intelligence (AI) chip companies, Rebellions and Sapeon Korea, will merge. This merger, announced in June, aims to increase their competitiveness against global AI chip leaders. Sapeon is backed by major South Korean tech companies, while Rebellions is funded by various investors, including Saudi Aramco`s venture capital arm.
