ADNOC to Offer $15.9 Billion for Covestro: FT

ADNOC, after pursuing Covestro for over a year, is anticipated to propose a formal acquisition offer. The offer is projected to be approximately 14.4 billion euros, inclusive of debt. Covestro, a German chemicals company, had previously agreed to engage in detailed discussions and provide ADNOC access to additional data following an improved bid in June.
