Four REITs are particularly promising: Realty Income, a large REIT with a history of dividend growth; Vici Properties, specializing in casinos and entertainment; STAG Industrial, focused on industrial properties like e-commerce fulfillment centers; and Digital Realty Trust, providing data centers to major companies. Each REIT is well-positioned for growth, with diverse tenants and high occupancy rates.
