Facing pressure from activist investor Starboard Value LP, Autodesk Inc. has increased its earnings forecast for the fiscal year 2025. The software company now projects earnings, excluding certain items, to be between $8.18 and $8.31 per share, exceeding analysts` predictions. This upward revision follows scrutiny over delayed financial filings due to an accounting investigation.
